Before you continue reading, CLEAN THE AREA YOU WILL BE APPLYING THE STICKER TO. I can not stress this enough, if you’re window or car is dirty and there is dust, the sticker will be adhering to dust or dirt and not stick properly!
Ok. So what you’re going to receive is a vinyl decal, on backing paper, on top of the sticker is transfer tape. I’ll include pictures when I get some time. But basically all you do is peel off the clear plastic transfer tape which will remove the vinyl sticker from the backing paper.
Do it SLOWLY – yanking it off can cause problems, especially if it’s too hot or too cold.
If it’s difficult to come off you can run some warm water over it which will make it easier to remove – 99% of the time it comes off smooth and easy – the only times I’ve had issues is where the stickers laid around for a long time (mine don’t because I cut them to order) or if it’s too cold out.
After you have the sticker removed from the backing paper and a nice clean surface to put the sticker on – place it where you want it and rub firmly over the transfer tape on the area you’ve applied the sticker to – then remove the transfer tape – SLOWLY, what’s the rush!
If you botch it up and the sticker rips snap a picture with your cell phone and email it to me – I’ll replace it for you.
